GORI manages the Integrated Water Service of the Sarnese-Vesuvius District of Campania and it has the objective to make the management of water resources efficient, effective, and economic. The company is invested in improving the infrastructure and especially its technological innovation, with a focus on environmental protection. GORI’s commitment, however, is not only to the outside world and to users, but also to its own employees.

GORI reacted promptly to the COVID-19 Emergency and wanted to manage communication to its people in an effective way.

This need, combined with that of a simple and as effective as possible communication to employees in order to disseminate, in a comprehensive manner, all the rules for proper behavior against the effects of COVID-19, led GORI to choose the video format.

The guide with the rules to follow and the behaviors, usually conveyed with a traditional PDF communication, has been reinforced with an effective interactive video based on Doxee Pvideo® technology, which helps involve the recipient and explains how the messages are sent in a simple and exhaustive way.
